Terms of Service

Terms for using PloroAI, an AI-assisted SaaS application for preparing electrical quotes from floor plans and project documentation.

Description of service

PloroAI helps users prepare electrical quotes from floor plans and, for Pro users, project documentation PDFs. The product supports project setup, AI analysis, room review, material suggestions, quote generation, and PDF/Excel exports.

  • Free and Basic focus on the floor-plan-to-quote workflow
  • Pro includes project documentation PDF analysis and reviewed material candidate import

Account terms

Users must provide accurate account and billing information and are responsible for maintaining account security.

  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Keep billing profile data accurate for subscription and invoice processing
  • Notify support if unauthorized account access is suspected

AI outputs require user review

AI outputs are suggestions and candidates. Users must review all detected rooms, material candidates, labor candidates, prices, assumptions, and quote content before sending quotes or ordering materials.

  • PloroAI does not replace certified engineering or project documentation
  • AI output is not guaranteed to be complete, correct, code-compliant, or suitable for installation without professional review
  • Final responsibility for quotes, material quantities, labor assumptions, and client communication remains with the user

Subscriptions, payments, and invoices

Payments are accepted only by card through Stripe. Subscriptions are monthly and can be managed or cancelled through Stripe Customer Portal. Prices and plan descriptions are shown on the Pricing page.

  • Access may continue until the current paid period ends depending on Stripe subscription status
  • Stripe payment confirmation is not the same as Croatian legal invoice issuance
  • Invoices/local fiscal documents are handled separately and manually based on billing profile and customer type
  • Where applicable, local invoicing is issued or processed through the operator's accounting workflow
  • The app does not promise automatic fiscalization or e-invoice generation

Usage limits

The plan limits currently implemented in the application are listed below. Limits may change with notice for future plans.

  • Free: 1 floor plan, 1 quote, 0 project PDF analyses
  • Basic: 10 floor plans, 10 quotes, 0 project PDF analyses
  • Pro: 20 floor plans, 20 quotes, 3 project PDF analyses

Uploaded content

Users must have the right to upload floor plans, project documentation, client data, and related files. Users should not upload unlawful content or sensitive third-party data unless authorized.

  • Uploaded content may be stored and processed to provide the service
  • Uploaded files may be processed by AI service providers for analysis
  • The user remains responsible for checking rights and permissions for uploaded documents

Pro documentation

Project documentation PDF analysis is available on Pro. Extracted material and labor candidates require review, acceptance, rejection, and editing by the user.

  • Accepted material candidates can be imported into the quote workflow
  • Labor candidates are reviewed but not imported into quote totals yet
  • Extraction quality may vary by document quality, structure, and language

Cancellation and termination

Users can cancel paid subscriptions through Stripe Customer Portal. The operator may restrict or terminate access in cases of misuse, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful activity.

  • Cancellation does not automatically remove legal/accounting records
  • Project data deletion may be subject to backups, accounting obligations, or legal duties

Prohibited misuse

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another user's data, abuse rate limits, reverse engineer protected services, disrupt the app, or use PloroAI to produce misleading quotes.

  • No unauthorized access, scraping, credential sharing, or security testing without permission
  • No use of the service to infringe third-party rights or legal obligations

Limitation and disclaimer

PloroAI provides tools for preparing and reviewing estimates, but does not guarantee that AI suggestions are complete or error-free. The user is responsible for checking data, quantities, prices, and quote content before sending it to a client or ordering materials.

  • The service may be unavailable or interrupted from time to time
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited for indirect loss, lost profit, data loss, or decisions made without user review

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.

  • Consumer rights apply where required by mandatory law
  • Business users remain responsible for professional review of quotes and project assumptions
