Written complaints

Users may submit written complaints by email. This page explains what information to include so the operator can identify the account, payment, subscription, and invoice status.

How to submit a complaint

Submit written complaints by email to contact@ploroai.io. No contact form is provided on this page.

  • Use the subject line: Written complaint - PloroAI
  • Send the complaint from the billing email or account email where possible

Information to include

Include enough information for the operator to identify the customer, account, payment, subscription, and issue.

  • Buyer/customer name or company name
  • Billing email
  • Account email if different
  • Invoice number if issued
  • Stripe transaction, payment, or invoice ID if available
  • Subscription plan
  • Date of transaction or payment
  • Short description of the complaint
  • Relevant screenshots or documents

Response deadline

Written complaints will be answered in writing within 15 days of receipt, in line with Croatian consumer-protection information on written complaints.

  • Responses are sent to the email address used for the complaint or billing profile

If an invoice is pending

If a local invoice has not yet been issued or an accounting task is pending, include Stripe transaction details and billing profile data anyway.

  • Stripe payment confirmation is not the same as local Croatian legal invoice issuance
  • Manual invoice review depends on customer type and billing profile data
